O encontro definiu as provid\u00eancias que ser\u00e3o tomadas para evitar a pr\u00e1tica e solucionar o problema.<\/p>\n
Os encaminhamentos foram os seguintes: 1) reunir dados de empresas que compram precat\u00f3rios e encaminhar, para que a Pol\u00edcia Federal investigue como s\u00e3o obtidos; 2) a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nota t\u00e9cnica do Conselho Nacional de Intelig\u00eancia para que sirva de conte\u00fado para uma campanha em todo pa\u00eds de esclarecimento dos pagamentos de precat\u00f3rios aos jurisdicionados, a exemplo do TRF4; 3) a mudan\u00e7a de procedimento para que o magistrado comunique ao advogado (a) da a\u00e7\u00e3o para ci\u00eancia, no caso de cess\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito. O IBDP ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pela coleta de informa\u00e7\u00f5es e elabora\u00e7\u00e3o da lista.<\/p>\n
